Chicago has been chosen. Let the planning begin.
first time i don't have to drive...but i will do my best to host. Are there people who believe they will attend that have not been here? Are there people that have been here but want to do something they have not done before? I wish we could get more international people like Weba. I'm glad to hear it, it is about time to say the least.
I hope that the very central location compared to previous years does something to boost the attendance numbers. Given how close a lot of us still are I hope to see some old schoolers show up for this one. I know I'll be quite angry if I can't legally get drunk with Seth for the first time ever. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink1.gif) Plus there has been a lot of discussion lately about the number of fast cars that we may have show up. Might be a banner year in that regard and it might be cool to run a Quick 8 or 16 heads up competition at the fest. Just since we could have 8-10 cars that will easily go deeply into the 14s or better. -------------------- |

We have reasonable liquor laws. Though i have concerns about police in certain area's.
I am guessing the strip would be Byron which is friendly to our type of cars. I want to take some people on a mapped out late evening/ late night cruise through town. Start saving your $$ guys and get your caravans and cars ready. There are a few people that we have not seen in a while who I will try to get here. -------------------- Hot Girl Motoring & Parts

I'll help however I can, might not be much, but as I said my sister lives in St. Charles, Nephew goes to college in downtown Chicago, and I have a great friend of the family that lives right off of the canal area downtown. I will have to do things from a distance, but I'll try to assist when I can. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I will be attending and have never driven out of my home state (pa) before Probably be a good thing if you started planning now (and also you might just get a little more neutral in your avatar, its alittle strong) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) It's really not that far for you to come and should be a rather straight shot. Just take care of the Beretta during the winter, shake all the bugs out in the spring and you'll be ready to go......to Chicago and have a good Beretta Fest 2010! We'll be glad to meet up with people passing through, though there is a chance I may try to go a day early this year... hard to say. I'm going to have to start making a savings fund so I can pull off this and power tour. I've already decided I'm only going to do the first 3 days tops of power tour instead of the long haul, so that will help.
Stoked for Chicago! -------------------- |
